Mss Transport Parcel Service — Carton box and dish was damaged

25.08.26 from pollachi to Vilathikulam hub 2 carton box and one Tata sky dish was send on MSS TRANSPORT parcel service. But received one carton box and dish was damaged condition and Vilathikulam hub incharge say this is not our responsibility.
