Muds Management Pvt Ltd — Not Recovered Shares as promised and not refunding

I have applied for recovery of shares and was promised for the service to be completed in months. Despite providing all the documents from my end there has been no solution given. Every 3 months, a new executive calls and informs that the account has been taken over and will get back shortly with an update and never does. No response on refund request either. They are just repeatedly circulating the case among their executives and no service has been provided as promised. Seems like a scam now.
