Muhs Planning Bord — Intentional delay in institutional affiliation by providing false inspection report

Kindly note our institution name ssvk health and education is kept awaited for last 3yrs for affiliation to fellowship course in auditory aand verbal thearpy.
After waiting for 3 yrs finally inspection was conducted on 30th dec 2024.
After six months on 5th june 2025. We were called for hearing.the meeting was attended by, mr.rathod.mr.shinde and mr. Paleskar.from planning bord .dr rekha a, dr jyoti and mr. Tiwari from institute.
Meeting was regarding deficiencies found as per inspection report.deficencies like lack of sound proof room, lack of equipments and lac of faculties.etc.
That is all false as we have the video proof where our faculty is showing the advanced equipments in sound proof room to mrs pagare the inspection officer.

Not only this in the meeting there was not much discussion on deficencies or false inspection report instead mr. Rathod has passed personel coments for the president of institute dr rekha alimchandani.that she must have fought with the inspection officer mrs pagare and mr. Shinde .hence such inspection report is made and our affiliation are delayed as they have considered all othe institute except for our institution. All these allegations were based on assumption without any evidence . And has indicated for re inspection.that seems to be intentional delay

We have submitted the video link on onlie and compliance file to the inward department on same day .
Here also sharing the video links for same. Where our faculty is showing the advanced equipments in sound proof room to mrs pagare the inspection officer..

This is causing a mental physical emtional and financial loss to the institute and concerned institute authorities .
We request the authorities for early and strict intervention.
