Complain for CA MUKESH JINDAL C/O ANDROS & CO.arun mago <[protected]@magotaxservices.com> 3:11 AM (21 minutes ago)to secretary Good day !I am writing you here to file a complain for a CA Mukesh Jindal C/O Andros & Co.and their address is WZ-1656A, Main Market, Nangal Raya, Tihar Jail Road, Delhi, India. Mr Jindal was Hired to form a PVT LTD in year 2013. Name of the PVT LTD is AS IT CONSULTING PVT LTD.Mr
Jindal was paid rupees 20000 for the formation of the private Limited.
He had never delivered any original documents or the copies of
formation, Articles, Certificate, List of directors and or copies of
documents submitted to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. After being
asking for the Copies and Originals over phone he has demanded extra
Money and threatened us that he will make the company in bad standing
and we will end up paying in hefty penalties. Just for the Board's
record i am also a CA and i passed my exams in November 2001 not
currently Practising in India.I am currently running my Practice in USA
as a CPA.He has been very abusive over
phone few times and very aggressive to not to send us papers even after
asking over dozen times. My calm and cool is over with his
unprofessional and unethical conduct. He does not reply my emails and
dont answer on my text messages and phone call as well now. We did ask
him if he does not send us documents then we will have to lodge a
complain against him. But seems like he barely even cares about this
well. Finally after all my efforts to get copies and originals of our
papers which we have paid for we got nothing and i am forced to file a
complain against him and his firm. We do not have PAN NUMBER/DIN/ Or
certificate number. I am situated in USA so its very hard for me to
travel to India.We are attaching a
screen shot of the company which was formed by him.Please do the needful
in this matter and i really need to take care of some stuff of this
copany for which he is holding all my papers for.
