I have applied for ownership transfer of my bike MH04JR7803. My application was approved on 18th march, 2021 but still i have not received the updated rc. The status is showing SMART CARD Pending 18-Mar-2021 14:47:44 by user MANOJ RAMAKANT MURANJAN" & "dispatch rc pending against application no MH210311V3103098" since 2 months. I have contacted vahan portal services & they say "you have to contact concerned rto office". I have also sent emails to concerned offices but received no response. I have also tried to call rto office, mumbai west but no one is picking the phone.
