Mundiyar Toll Plaza — Complaining of not following NHAI rules and misbehaving done with the costumer by the supervisior

When I was travelling from Kota to Jhansi with my car TATA NEXON (UP93BE1414) around 7:30 pm when I reached the Mundiyar toll Plaza, Mundiyar, Baran, Rajasthan the staff and the supervisior misbehaved with me and my family when I asked them to follow the NHAI rule that no tax will be taken from the vehicle if it stays more than 10 seconds at the toll . Actually when I passed the toll it didn't scan my fastag so the staff asked me to back and again come this happened 3 to 4 times and when I asked them to let me go they said that take your car from other lane, Lane no. 3 . I was at present standing at Lane 4 and I protested that this is not right so the supervisior started shouting and misbehaving and said that you will stand here whole night if you didn't take your car from other lane and then he called his manager and I talked and Manager took all information from me and his workers and also took photos of car and then allowed me to go . My 15 minutes wasted over there and I was not wrong . So it's my humble request to take strict acrion against them and this kind of things should be avoided if we want to developed.
