Municipal Commissioner Kakinada — Water logging at the entrance to the building

We are staying at Gauthami Apartments Ramaraopet Kakinada.
Water Logging is an annual feature on Nageswar Rao street Whenever there is heavy rain for an hour or so water accumulates
on the road making it impossible to walk on the street.The vehicles which ply on the street splash dirty water on all who walk
on the street.
Due to accumulation of water at the entrance to the building entering the building or exitting with out getting wet is an impossibility.
I have made several complaints in the past too..
