Dear Sir
I am a resident of Sector 39-B Chandigarh. The Stray Dog menace has been playing havoc in our residential locality.
I am a Senior Citizen (75 years) and a retired Government Official.
I myself has been a subject to this menace and a couple of times have come very close to being bitten by these stray dogs as 5-6 of them lie at the entrance of our flats compound.
Request you to take immediate action, else something very serious can happen in the future.
