Please consider my request, one particular street hawker at 7am everyday create unbearable noise pollution selling his stuff that too at high rates, I have approached him twice to restrict his voice level but he openly advises to file a complaint against him. I do realise its his right to livelihood but his act is breaching my peace too every morning, to which governing body like MC shall do something about it.
