Municipal Corporation Mohali — Issue of Father's Death Certificate

I'm Ex Service Man Sham Sher Singh presently living in Kharar. My Father Bikram Singh got Expired on 24 March 22 in Ivy Hospital, Sector 71, Mohali. I was given a death certificate on 12 April 22 application no ES12496793 which is having both the addresses ( present and Permanent) of Kharar. Whereas my permanent address is of Village -Malahat, Teh & District - Una (H.P.). I have submitted my Father's aadhar card copy for the amendment of Permanent address in death certificate but till date I have not got the amended copy of Death Certificate.
