This is to bring to your notice that when I had applied for water connection for HNo. 1422, Sector 80 Mohali, I was charged Rs. 19, 890 towards road cut (receipt no. 05, book no. 585) as on 01 September 2021 by MC Water Department. Then I was again charged Rs. 9, 000 for the same road cut (receipt no. 85, book no. 559) as on 27 September 2022 by GMADA officials and told me that MC officials have charged me wrongly as according to GMADA the underground piping has been done by them.
Hence, I would like you to kindly look into the matter and initiate the refund as soon as possible.
