As the person for picking up of waste is not coming in particular time. Since we are living in second floor as we come down with the waste after listening the whistle the person leaving within a minute and never listen. We also can not leave waste in outside since the street dogs bring it in to a very bad condition. Last one week we are not able dispose our domestic waste. We are waiting for hours together to handover the waste to person. There was no alternate near by that we can take personally and dispose in proper manner. Then only alternate remains to throw on the street which not good manner/practice against the swach bharat movement. If the corporation is not providing facility the people will forced to dispose the garbage on the road. This one of the example any body can see near st. Xavier's high school canal bridge, hiwari layout, the condition of garbage. Where every hundreds of school students of 3-4 year age group passing through the garbage.
If this is the situation what is fun to collect swach bharat cess without providing facility to dispose.
