Municipal Corporation Noida — illegal cigarette stall & tea stall creating road block & accidents

Dear municipal corporation,

in c -40, jal vayu vihar road, c block main road near to kailash hospital signal their are two pan shop along with tea stall & a flower shop placed in public area .

I would like to bring to your notice that because of this stalls the main road gets block and in the front of the stalls a road divider starts where 2 months back two car accident happen which was not that major but definitely it is because of the crowd that blocks the road .

Also i am aware of the fact municipal had warned them to remove shops from that location but i think their is no such strict action it was just a formality. Despite of ignoring the importance you can provide them legal notice to remove stalls permanently which can reduce the future aspects of accident on that locality .

Hope to see some action . As a responsible citizen i will keep on taking follow ups until this shops are not removed from this locality .
