In the area near River View Bilaspur there is always loud records are being played . Most times they play it whole night and whole day. It's really disturbing and I don't know how can they do it, No one stops them. It's mostly religious stuffs, I am not saying that it's bad to have beliefs but playing songs whole day n night is unacceptable.
I am a student who lives near, and this deeply affects my studies n my sleep cycle.
