We own Unit No. F-111 bearing Unit ID 1CL999P6 in Silverton Tower, Sector 50, Golf Course Ext. Road, Gurgaon. The property is vacant since 01 December 2019 as M/s Motoziel Pvt Ltd had vacated the same on 30th November 2019. We have paid all Property Tax till 31st March 2023. Now we have to pay Advance Property Tax for the above property for the FY 2023-24. The Property has erroneously been shown as "Self Occupied" by the MC Gurugram and the Property Tax, including Fire Crss, of Rs 19008/- has been levied. Actually the above Property is vacant for the Past 3 years and 6 months and the Property Tax should have been worked out accordingly. You are kindly requested to verify the above facts and calculate the Property Tax on the Vacant Property so that the correct tax can be paid to the MC Gurugram. Please reconcile at the earliest.
