[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Lucknow — Illegal Iron Fencing for house lawn on footpath area in Balaganj

I am registering complaint for illegal capturing of footpath area in my neighbourhood for the construction of their home lawn . Its been years since it was illegally captured and lawn was being made for their lawn. There is iron fencing all around that lawn of height of about 5 - 6.5 foot. The owner of house grows long bushes all around the iron fencing which grows to the height of more that 8 feet tall which blocking the normal view as well as passage for homes and construction over ditch. It also is threatn to safety of the neighbour homes. Long bushes results in mosquitoes and other insects in neighbourhood.

Please ask the owner of house to remove that illegal captured area as soon as possible. Else its demolition should take place.
