Dear Sir/Madam,
I kindly request you to increase the frequency of Bus No. 52AC serving Ghot Village, Taloja. Currently, commuters often have to wait for a long time because the bus service is irregular, and sometimes the bus gets cancelled.
Due to the limited bus service, we are forced to depend on auto-rickshaws. Often, we have to wait until the auto-rickshaw returns from the station or until all the seats are filled. After 10:00 AM, the seats in autos are not filled quickly, which causes further delays. In many cases, we also have to pay more than 1.5 times the bus fare.
Because of this situation, many commuters are getting late to reach their offices or other destinations. The same problem occurs while returning home from work.
We request you to kindly increase the bus frequency and ensure that the buses run regularly according to the scheduled timetable, so that commuters do not have to depend on private transport.
We would appreciate your support in improving the bus service for the convenience of the public.
