Municipal Corporation Of Navi Mumbai — Water bill and property tax in nmmc website not working

I am trying to pay water bill and property tax since yesterday, but site is down with error. Neither I'm able to open the tax page nor the search page. From what I understand by complaints raised by other people, this issue is happening since the migration of old site to new. Please resolve this issue quickly.
