Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I am a resident of Sector- D, HIG- 404, Shantipuram Colony, Phaphamau, Prayagraj.

I would like to inform you that, Street Light in front of my house is not working from past 2-3 months.

The residents near my house loves to walk & kids loves cycling during morning & evening on the road in front of my house.

And since the street lights are not working, it has become unsafe for them to continue their activities, as recently there had been some incidents of Chain Snatching, Nuisance & what not.

So, I request you to please look into this matter and take the appropriate measures as soon as possible.
