To,
The Municipal Corporation, Sonipat
I am Suhail, a resident of Jatwara, Ward No. 1, Sonipat. I would like to bring to your attention the serious problem of stray dogs in our locality.
There are around 10 stray dogs at almost every street and road intersection (chowk/chauraha) in the area. These dogs regularly chase pedestrians, school children, elderly people, cyclists, and motorbike riders during both morning and evening hours. Many people are afraid to walk through the streets because the dogs often run behind them aggressively, creating a high risk of road accidents and dog bites.
The situation has become increasingly dangerous, and despite repeated concerns among local residents, no effective action has been taken. It is only a matter of time before a serious accident occurs.
I kindly request the Municipal Corporation to take immediate action by catching and relocating these stray dogs and ensuring the safety of the residents of Jatwara, Ward No. 1.
I hope the concerned authorities will treat this matter as urgent and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Sincerely,
Suhail
