I am a resident of Ekta Vihar Baltana. Here I complaining about the stray dogs who are biting people, they are very harmful. There are many small kids in our locality. It become very difficult for us to be outside. Yesterday's incident the dog my tution student very badly which grade 3 bite. Please take strict action as soon as possible.
