Municipal Corporation Panchkula — Abusive language to citizens and not doing their duty properly

I am a citizen of sector 10 Panchkula recently a fogging vehicle cross our street in more speed then required so that fogging is not done properly when we ask them to slow the vehicle fogging in sector 10 Panchkula morning 11 am the employee name Anil abuse me and said do whatever you can do we will do whatever we like you are not a DC and after this he just start his vehicle and run after this MC of our ward sonia sood said its okay they are in pressure which type of pressure he is. That he is abusive me and not doing his duty properly i want to complaint again my Mc that she is not doing her duty properly and complaint against this ANIL on the fogging vehicle
