We are the resident of b-3/414, badungar, patiala. There is a dead cow in front our house in the area belonging to the govt. Medical college, since 7/7/2019. Despite multiple intimations no action has been taken. There is a strong foul smell that one cannot stand for a few minutes. Our children play outside and chance that they may catch any infection.
