Municipal Corporation Pcmc — PCMC Regarding name transfer for Property Tax

Dear Sir,

I have made Application for transfer of name for property at Thergaon PCMC property tax office due to purchase of Flat No 404 Akshay Chandan Society Survey No. 14/6 / A / 6B / 1 Thergaon, Pimpri-Chinchwad 411033 and also made payment of transfer fees Rs 1025 towards Mikat No [protected] and submitted duly filled hard copy of application along with supporting documents to Inward counter on 01st December 2021 But still name transfer is pending for more than 3 months.

In last visit the authority said your process is completed & your name will be updated on next bill. but the next bill is generated and name not yet updated. Request you follow up with PCMC authorities to speed up updation of name of new owner in records of PCMC property tax and confirm.
