Municipal Drainage — drainage overflow into house

Hi sir,

We are residents of bhavaji peta 1st line (Vijayawada), from 1 year facing drainage problem in house and we complained on it many times no permanent action was taken, tenants are vacating house. Based on muncipal team suggestion we changed pipelines and 3 man holes, still issue is not fixed. Drainage water is flowing into house so we are unable to sleep in house.
