Murali Enterprise — gas not delivered through receipt generated 3 days before

Hi sir

This is to bring to your notice that i gave got the below message

Hpgas bookingno 577062 cashmemo 1237888 dt 18.07.19 rs.634.00, is generated. Ezygas authentication code is 4944, plz share it to dboy upon delivery

But the authorized dealer (Murli ent bangalore) has not yet delivered the gas

This is happening time and again

Please help me on priority
