Sir i purchased a 32" (Model - 32 MS) led from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, Ridhi electronics on 27/07/2018. Everything was going good and since last days there were some problems in my led. Engineer told me that the problem was of back light. I complained to dealer Ridhi Electronics and Engineer repaired my led and after some days it was again in same condition and it has been 5 times before 4 days one engineer came and repaired now led's screen light has been damaged dont know why? When i asked to responsible they told me to we are doing good from our side i want to know that when i am unable to watch my led in a good condition. Now i am totally irritated and want refund my money.
Resolve concern - because i have 5 months more warranty and i am able to raise a concern so i need new LED or which is my compensation.
Because i want other brands led now. It is totally wste of money .
