This is Dr. Aditi. I had ordered 3 books as mentioned below from a website called musafirbookstop after watching an instagram ad on 2nd January 2026
I had ordered 3 books from the website, namely
1. Kafka on the shore
2. Days at the Morisaki bookshop
3. The Midnight library
On 12th January 2026 I was delivered a book called ' Norwegian wood ' by Murakami which I hadn't ordered. The delivery was through amazon and the delivery guy had no idea about the other 2 books.
I tried contacting the company via email, Whatsapp and Instagram to get updates on the remaining order and if any return or refund will be given for delivering the wrong order. I was given reassurance that a new parcel will be initiated with delivery details but no such thing has happened. Its been roughly 2 weeks and no response.
I am attaching the photo of the instagram page, instagram ad, photo of the website, my payment screenshot, messages of my interaction with them and photo of the wrongly delivered book.
