The products are being purchased from Amazon on 22-oct-2023 with orderId[protected] of quantity 2 Nos.
The issues facing with the batteries are
1. Wrong specification mentioned in Description:
The battery is 15s cell connected in series not as specified in description i.e 16s .
2. Battery cells seems not A Grade;
Since my inverter low voltage cutoff is 41V and shutsdown at this voltage range i am not able to utilise the battery full capacity that is upto 37.5V even if we consider not draining 100% SOC by keeping 15% SOC the voltage has to be 40V. The battery keeps shutting down even before the 41V is reached that means some batteries are attaining low voltage cutoff (2.5v) and the BMS is shutting down the system.
3. Charging is not starting automatically;
When solar power is available the batteries are not charging automatically as it is shutdown completely we need to manually switch off the mcb and switch on it to start charging.
