Am filing this complaint against an Instagram-based online seller named Mushy Couture (@mushy_couture). I placed an order with them on July 13, 2025, and made full payment in advance.
Out of the two items ordered, I received only one, and that item arrived damaged. The second item has not been delivered at all. I have repeatedly contacted the seller through Instagram direct messages to request either a replacement or refund, but they have not responded for over two months.
Despite several follow-ups, there has been no acknowledgment, update, or attempt to resolve the issue. I have clear proof of payment, order confirmation, and all chat screenshots showing my repeated efforts to reach them.
At this stage, I no longer wish to receive the products — I am requesting a full refund for my entire order amount.
The seller’s continued non-responsiveness and failure to deliver the product constitute deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Relief Requested:
1. Immediate refund of the full payment made for my order dated July 13, 2025.
2. Compensation for the inconvenience and delay caused.
3. Action against the seller for non-delivery and ignoring consumer communication.
