Muskan Foot Wear — urgent: registered mobile no:[protected] wrongly debited my account

I have availed loan through mswipe and same has been closed/settled and got mail confirmation on 11th july 2020. However, on 2nd september my account got debited with 5000/- through cheque in payee a/c arth impact finserve. Till date, not received any response from customer care via mail or not able to reach via call.

In current scenario such type of action and service is not less than mental agony or harrasment. Request you to please arrange refund and confirmation over mail ([protected]@gmail.com)
