Good morning sir/ Madam,
We brought a IFBwashing machine front load from large retailers, invoice no: CS/PYK/9743 dated[protected], and the next day from the near by IFB service center in Thoothukudi, (Mutharamman Thoothukudi Service center) contact us and fix the machine, and they suggested to buy a stand though our floor is un even so we bought that on 10-11-21 after that also the same situation. ( The stand is moving and hitting the wall) So we contact them every day until today but they not responding well, they said that they are come and replace the money but still nothing happens . They are always give some excuses, if we are trying to call the manager, he is not picking up the phone . We are really fed up with this service center. Your is good but your service center is not good at all. Kindly do the needful in this matter.
