Muthoot Housing Finace Company Limited — Loan amount not receive

Dear Sir/Mam
I made request top up in Muthoot Housing finance company limited.I have completed MOD Process on the date of 18/12/2023-Still not receive my loan amount . 1st EMI amount, check bounce charges and Interest amount they collected the date on 20/12/2023.they said Emi calculate based on the Loan sanctioned date They give the intimation about the EMI on 09/12/2023.
Today's Date is an 23/12/2023 Still amount not received the amount to my bank.
