Muzaffarpur Rto — Printing of Driving licence - BR06 [protected]

I have been waiting for my Driving licence since last 5 months. It has been approved but not printed, it's still stuck at counter 2 for printing. I am appalled by the lack of accountability.

There is no way to contact the Muzaffarpur DTO. There is no working phone number to call them or any email ID to send email.

I am tired of writing to [protected]@gov.in, as they have been of no help.

I am not sure why is it taking so much time. What is their problem. How can a simple task of printing driving licence take so much time.
