Dear Madam/ Sir,
This is with reference to my order no. MV 10993 placed on 09th November 2020 on an website named as Mvastram(https://mvastram.com). I had placed an order that include one saree and two sets of salwar suit against which I made a payment INR 1348. As per the details provided under the site, the order was to be delivered with in 3-5 working days and an update on delivery status was also to be intimated by the vendor. However, I have neither received any update on my order nor got the delivery yet.
I wrote to them several times regarding the status update of the order on [protected]@mvastram.com but haven't got any response. Subsequently, I checked it on google about the company wherein I got to know that this company is actually a fraud company and many people have been suffered by it. They have made site with exciting offers to which people like us fall prey and purchase products which never get delivered to them. Owners of tis site must be making crores from these fraudulent practice. An early and prompt action would be required to catch hold of these people so that more people dont suffer and people get their money refunded at the earliest.
