Mvl Palms Bhiwadi, Rajasthan — Builder not responding in refunding money - MVL The Palm 1BHK

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Sat Pal Singh hereby want to complaint against MVL Palms Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. I booked 1BHK on 22nd October 2013 bases on pre launching booking. I got BBA dated 5th January, 2015. Till then I had deposited Rs. 591107/- to MVL. Same amount has also been mentioned in BBA.

But even after several visits on location of proposed construction, Multiple visits of MVL registered office at Gurgaon, sent several mails, talked to representatives of MVL staff, i am not getting positive response about construction/refund of my money along with interest as mentioned in BBA.

I have full backup of all correspondence. but due to very large size of documents i am unable to attach them.

In context of above i request you to please look into the matter and help me in getting my money refund along with interest as per terms & conditions of BBA.
