I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a fraudulent travel scam involving a Thailand tour package for which we were scammed out of ₹52 Thousand.
We had booked a tour through a person/agency [Insert Name of the Travel Agent/Agency here] who initially communicated professionally and offered a Bangkok tour. After making the full payment of ₹52, 000 via [Online – UPI/bank transfer/card etc.], the agent gradually stopped responding. Their last communication claimed they had some "personal issues", after which all contact ceased.
Despite repeated calls and messages, there has been no response, and no service or refund has been provided to date.
