PNR Y4H2G we have cancelled the tickets from VTZ to Delhi (4 tickets) & Delhi to Katmandu (6 tickets) on 28.04.2015 due to earthquake. AIR India given remark for 100% refund. So far I have received 55308/- on 08.05.2015 for one sector i.e del to katmandu & vice versa. but 4 tickets amount 36872/- yet to receive. Nearly 35 times called you on [protected] but every time you are saying within 24 hrs. Already 98 days over. What are you doing. Sall i go to consumer forum and definetly cliam for 4 o5 times. this is warning to you. Even you people are not responding my mail alos. My mail id.
