My Amount Deducted From My Account But Atm Didn't Dispatch Cash — Punjab national bank Atm

I am a sbi customer but went to punjab national bank atm for withdrawing cash. After the transaction is completed but atm didn't dispatch me cash. As i was waiting there for sometimes to check but didn't find any results. Called to sbi and pnd customer care they told me that i should have to wait for more times
