This is to bring to you notice that we had taken 24-hour maid services from My Bai Online
They provided pathetic service and now not even refunding our
- The first profile given to us was of Vaishali, whom we had employed in one go. She had joined us in the last week of Jan'23.
- She worked with us till 3rd Sep'23, when she suddenly told us that she has got a higher paying job. She told us this and left within 30 mins. We asked her to wait for at least 3 days till the time agency finds a new maid, but she just did not listen.
- We had informed this to the agency on 3rd Sept'23 itself.
- After this the next profile of Rupali was shared with us on 6th Sept'23 & she started working with us from 8th Sept'23.
- The problem with Rupali was that she did not speak hindi at all, had hearing disability & did not know cooking. She was definitely not capable of taking care of a kid. I just don't understand what kind of profiling was done here.
- After continuous follow-up for almost a week, another profile Anita was given to us. She joined us on 16th Sept'23, worked for hardly 2 hours & left saying she doesn't want to do 24 hour work !
- Till 22nd sept'23 we waited and no eligible profile had been shared with us till then. In fact there has been no communication from your end as we stopped following up from our side.
This is absolutely unprofessional & clearly the agency has not been able to deliver the services as promised. Now we are following up with the company on emails and whatsapp but they are not willing to refund money.
Hence We want the full refund of the one-time professional “Service Provider’s” service of Rs. 14, 400 paid by us
