My Cash Loan — My cash loan

I was applied a small loan from my cash loan app for Rs.8000/- on 13.1.22. The loan end date is 18.1.22. I was paid the payment on time on 18.1.22. That time of payment of their linked UPI is not support to payment. That time a customer care person [protected] contacted me. I told to him i can't pay through your linked UPI id. He told me i will give the payment link and pay it, i will update it immediately. So that i followed his words and i pay through his linked payout option. After i send the payment he not updated till time to my loan account, he not response till time. And also i complaint to their company email id: [protected]@gmail.com. and send my payment proof. Till time there is no response from them. Day by day various customer care person come to ask me for pay the loan amount. I told to them and send my payment proof. But they wont accept my words and payment records. Kindly resolve my problem at the earliest.
