My Cinemas — Unethically taken service fees with worst service and behaviour

I booked 2 tickets for the movie NUN II on 9 September 2023 at 10:20 PM in MY Cinemas, H & J Complex, Karunagapally, Kollam Kerala via Book My Show. There was no security at the entrance and exit doors and their service was worst. They didn't switch off the lights during the entire movie with entrance door open and there was no one there to complaint about. Drunk people get into the theatre creating mess and public nuissance. There were many families including mine who cannot even see the movie as well. I paid Rs.56.46 for the service and convenience fee of the theatre and I am completely exhausted with these non service and security. I request you kindly to look into this problem and provide me justice by refunding the service/convenience fee atleast.
