My Vodafone Mob. [protected]. I have a balance Rs. 113/- on 26 Jan 17 arround 08:25 p.m . Today when I have checked my Bal. I find that Rs. 49/- has been deducted from my main A/C bal. When I check the message inbox then see a message from Vodafone care that free deals pack is MYDALA731777has been activated but in message no where it is written that Rs. 49/- has been deducted for this. As I am totally unaware about this service, I do not understand how this type of service is activated without any concurrence of me. I have spoken to Customer service but they told that the service can not be withdrawn. It is totally fraud by Vodafone.
