Have applied for part time job on Quikr and got job in my earnings company they offered me job of resume filling which was really tough and took 15 mins to fill a single form.After I start my work they send me an agreement through whatsapp. They didn't inform me about this agreement or terms and conditions before registering or starting work. According to the agreement I should pay an amount of 9440 in case o[censored]nfinished work or if there is lack of accuracy in work. But there is nothing about salary in that and I ask them a salary proof inorder to continue the work. But they didn't respond. Yesterday they send messages to me threatening that if i dont pay 9440 Rs to them. They will take legal action againist me in maharastra high court and also threatens me that they will send me legal notice claiming 40000 in court. I am confused. Please help.i paid 9440 but They are also asking me to pay ten thousand rupees or else they will file a case against you in the court and they are threatening to scare them and extort money from me somehow save me from this.
