I had order an Samsung earbuds from the My electronics hub brand which i ordered on 11th June when the order is been delivered to me and then the outer packet is named as my name but inside there is one more bill named as raj thakur which is someone else then on the current day I have to file an return policy then the website doesn't allow me to return the product so then I try to message them on Instagram and WhatsApp but they are only seeing the message and doesn't replying me please help me with this
