I was cheated by of the prestigious furniture manufacturer of bhopal namely my home furniture whose showroom is situated at kolar main road, i booked one wooden sofa from my home furniture on jan 16 for rs.27500/- finance by bajaj finserve which was delivered on 3rd feb 16, the sofa was defective at the time of delivery for which they repaired/painted the same at my home, but now within 3 months of purchase i found too many cracks in the furniture & polish got fainted it is looking like second hand furniture, this time when i requested my home furniture to check & repair the same they refused to provide any services & demanding for charges which cost me around[protected], which is not fair, my loan is still running with bajaj & i am again forced to pay extra charges for the same.
