Dear Complaints Team
I had used the services of MR. Kapoor as my Immigration Agent for his services. He has since November 2016 has taken 100, 000 rupees (one lakh)from us and is now blackmailing us and threatening us to remove my case which has been filed for Australian Immigration. This would take my case out of the list.
They roped me and my husband in by telling us that we can place the immigration case by send our case for HR Manager code 132311, This is after getting my CV and profile. But after making the payment he said we cannot go ahead with this code as we are not "close enough" on data.
HE DID NOT RETURN THE ADAVNCE MONEY... We were fooled by him.
he has taken 50, 000 in advance
He then filed our paper for HR adviser 223111 which is a very junior profile and keep going out of the list of the immigration every year and in 2017 just after he filed my case the position went out. He pushed us to make the payment extra for our kids - which was again not mentioned by HIM AND HIS TEAM. He then took additional 50, 000 from us for our kids. Basically blackmailed us again.
ALL THIS WHILE WE KEPT ON TAKING HIS NONSENSE understanding that his is an agent and we need to just get our case closed. Also he is an "aged man". But this does not stop him from being ABUSIVE and THREATENING.
he has done the below mentioned things
- 2016 - Kept me and my husband in the dark and make us loose points with time.
- 2017 - my case went of the que of immigration because he and his team took a time off of 6 weeks to just lodge my case (this is only 1st step) which he did in the 1 year of communication that he did after taking the payment of 50% advance fee in 2015.
- 2016 and 2017 He kept on writing abusive and unprofessional mails to me and my husband. As a women I felt threatened and abused by his emails.
2018- I ask him of the status and he threatens us on emails again that he would close my case on Australian Immigration Website which means I would be taken out of the waiting list.
I am very feeling very abused and threatened by him and his team in Delhi
