I purchased a 4k tv and it is delivered me on 09.08.22 and installation has done on 11.08.22 but after installation at demo time it will not connecting to WIFI and it is confirmed by installation team.
Installation team give us a paper-sheet regarding replacement due to having issue to not connecting with WIFI.
I requested for replacement on dates 11.08.22.
Than I get a message from flipkart that a technician visit should be on 16.08.22 or on before this that.
But no technician visit has done yet till date.
I contacted to helpline on 17.08.22 & 20.08.22 respectively. On dated 17.08.22, your flipkart executive said that technician visit should be end of the day on 17.08.22, but no one visited us regarding our issue.
I called again on 20.08.22, than again flipkart executive said that it will be resolved by our technician by end of the day. But again no one came to resolve our issue.
Today as i go on my order list, I received a new update and it is showing that you returned the product on 21.08.22 and technician visit should be done on 25.08.22.
Now I want to say what [censored] going with me, I am stucking very badly and having a very bad experience as a flipkart plus member.
How much I have to suffer due to seller and flilkart ends mistake. I am waiting for a long time and still not resolved my issue, it is not fair to me.
I am suffering due to your mistakes and my money got stucked due to your faults. I can’t wait so long for this.
Resolve my issue by end of the day orelse pickup your product and refund my money so that I can buy a new tv from a offline platform.
