This is Neha Bajaj I have taken the loan from your company but it's been 6 month I am paying the EMI on time but this is the first month I didn't do because I didn't have a job and also like I joined a new job and now it's been only 15 days but I got a call like pay the EMI like I got a message also so I don't I will be paying the next month so what that lady did she is calling to my parents number and says like he has to do payment how come you people do this because if we are not doing your payment you cannot call to our parents or our relative to ask why you are not doing the payment and that also saying like anything and says torturing and say is like not able to listen I know this is her work but she should talk properly see cannot be rude and I have seen like many companies they don't do like this for one month only and you people are just torturing to others do this place this I have all the message and says like what you are doing message to me I have done all proper message but she doesn't know how to talk with people so kindly escalate
