I have sent car for service at Chennai my TVS. Following issues emerged after the service :-
1. Battery drained because of break light glowing continuously. (Work done in brake during servicing)
2. Car jump start done at my place by bypassing break light indicator.
3. My centre locking system has stopped working.
4. disconnected the same from battery during battery drain issue identification.
5. Oil and grease spots in interior.
Even after several reminder to service agent. No positive outcome found. Customer care is not responding.
They are really unprofessional and may damage your car in the name of service. Please stay away from them no matter how experience they show Was this information helpful? |
